RGN, RMN & RNLD
Our nurses are our reputation. We recruit nurses who have little to no experience and with the training we provide they will go on to work in the health care industry, some of our nurses now work in the NHS, schools, prisons and local authorities.
What is RMN?
The responsibilities include assessing patients on admission, developing care plans, de-escalating distressed patients, ensuring correct documentation for the patients. In order to work as a RMN you will have to be a with the nursing and midwifery council (NMC).

What is RGN?
Being an RGN you will be expected to work in all kinds of inpatients and outpatients either on the A&E ward or the oncology ward or in the community you will be working in schools and prisons. Being an RGN you will need to have completed a degree in nursing.
